This is my unique blend of oracle card reading and intuition and science-led coaching to help support your Whole Self through spiritual wellness. Using the inspired decks by Rebecca Campbell, Kyle Gray, and others to tap into your Body-Mind-Soul essence, bridging the communication between your conscious awareness and these precious aspects of Self. I help you gain clarity on how to support your health through loving self-care and rooted actions in each aspect, relying on my intuition and connection to Source and my experience as a wellness coach and registered nurse. This 30-minute card reading can be recorded for you to watch on your on time. I also include a written summary of the reading along with journal prompts and exercises to explore in support of your self-care journey.
