Good morning, Lovely! Today, I wanted to share one of my poems with you. I wrote this at the beginning of 2023, when I was deep in the heart of repairing my relationship with my Whole Self. I had been excavating the Truth of Who I Am, and I was starting to see the glimmers of light from beneath the underbelly of myself. This self-love poem brought me so much comfort as it flowed onto the paper. May it also bring you comfort as well.

My Dear Friend
How is the Sense of you?
Marching to and fro
Touching, seeing, hearing
The delightful expressions of Gaia
Always breathing
Always moving
Always holding up
Never wavering in your Doings
I bring my gratitude
To you Dear Body,
For you give me the chance
To hug, to caress, to dance
I Am not you, Dear Body
I Am your Friend
Your Lover
Your Companion
And together
We shall dance
